No. The platform is a standalone e-invoicing gateway — you sign up, connect your business, and issue invoices directly, with no extra software.

You open the Fatoora portal (fatoora.zatca.gov.sa), generate an OTP to onboard a new solution unit, and paste it here. We then generate the certificates, pass the six compliance checks and issue the production certificate — all automatically, in minutes.

Fully. Every invoice is built as UBL 2.1 and digitally signed with your own certificate, then sent to the Authority for clearance (tax invoices) or reporting (simplified ones), with a QR code that matches the Authority's specification.
