Acceptance of these terms
By using the ZATCA Tools platform, its API, or any of its e-commerce plugins, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.
What the service is
ZATCA Tools is a cloud service that issues electronic invoices compliant with Phase 2 (Integration) of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority's requirements, signs them, and reports them to the Authority on behalf of the subscribing business. The service includes an API and plugins that connect stores such as WooCommerce and Shopify.
Your account and your responsibilities
- You undertake to give us accurate and current business details (VAT number, CR number, national address).
- You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential, and for any activity carried out with them.
- You undertake to use the service for lawful purposes, in compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- You are the party legally responsible to the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority for the accuracy of your invoice data.
Billing and subscription
The service is currently offered on a free plan with defined usage limits. Any future change to pricing or plans will be announced in advance and will not be applied retroactively to a paid period. Connecting a store through our plugins carries no additional charge from the store platform — the subscription is with ZATCA Tools directly.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available without interruption, but we do not guarantee continuous availability, and we may carry out maintenance or updates. We are not liable for outages beyond our control, including outages of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority's own systems.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Issued invoices remain statutory records for which the user is responsible.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, while retaining issued invoices in line with statutory retention requirements.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any change will be published here, with the "last updated" date at the top of the page changed accordingly.
